Who processes the data
The data controller is Terra Code. Send any questions about data processing to terra.code.lviv@gmail.com.
What we collect
Through the form on this site — your name, a contact method (email or phone) and the text of your message. Automatically — anonymised visit statistics (pages, referral source, device type).
Why
Form data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation about possible work together. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Where enquiries are stored
Form submissions go into our own enquiry tracking system hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (Eastern Europe region). Only the Terra Code team has access, after signing in with a verified email address. The sender’s IP address is not stored in readable form — only an irreversible hash, used exclusively to protect the form from automated submissions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation continues, plus the period required to meet contractual and tax obligations. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, and request its deletion. Writing to the email address above is enough. We respond within thirty days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. The service collects anonymised data about page views, referral source and device type, and sets its own cookies; this data is processed by Google LLC. We do not send it your name, email or phone number from the form. You can disable collection in your browser settings or with an analytics blocker — the site will work either way.
