AI agents

Most "AI implementations" end as a presentation nobody uses. We start from the other end: find a process where people spend hours on repetitive work, and replace that specific process. If there is no such process, we will honestly say an agent is not what you need yet.

What it includes

First-line customer support

The agent answers routine enquiries from your knowledge base and hands a human everything it is unsure about. With logs, so you can see every answer it gave.

Lead qualification

Incoming enquiries are sorted, enriched and land in the CRM already marked by priority. Your salesperson starts with the people ready to buy.

Internal assistants

Search across company documents, drafting routine proposals, pulling data out of invoices and delivery notes.

Limits and control

Every agent gets explicit boundaries: what it may do, where it must stop and call a human, and which data it never sees at all.

When you need this

  • Staff answer the same questions every single day
  • Enquiries take longer to process than a customer will wait
  • Data is scattered across documents and finding anything takes hours
  • Support needs to scale without hiring

When you do not

If the process is undocumented and every case is unique, an agent will only speed up the chaos. The process has to be sorted out first, and we will say that before taking your money.

FAQ

Questions we get most often

Will our data be used to train someone else’s model?

No. We work through API modes where data is not used for training, and sensitive fields are masked before anything is sent. The data-handling scheme is documented before we start.

What happens when the agent gets something wrong?

Every scenario has a confidence threshold. Below it the agent does not invent an answer — it hands the conversation to a human. All answers are logged, and for the first weeks you see every one of them.

What does running it cost?

Two parts: the provider’s token charges, which scale with volume, and our support. We forecast the running cost during the audit using your real numbers.

Can we start small?

Yes, and usually you should. A pilot on one process takes 3 to 4 weeks. The decision to scale is then made on numbers rather than impressions.

Twenty minutes of conversation: you describe the situation, we tell you what can realistically be done, in what timeframe and at what cost. No forty-slide decks.
