How we work

Intro and audit
We go through the task, current numbers and constraints. We look at your analytics, ad accounts and code — whatever already exists. The output is a clear view of what is worth doing and what is not.

Plan and estimate
Scope, timeline and budget are fixed before work starts. You get a document showing exactly what you are paying for and what happens at each stage.

Build
We work in two-week iterations. Each one ends with something you can open and check, not a report about percentage complete.
